Direction

1. For facial use, spray onto the palm of the hand and apply evenly to the face, 30 minutes before going outdoors.
2. For body use, shake well before use and hold the bottle upright. Spray evenly onto the arms and other exposed areas of the skin before going outdoors, keeping a distance of at least 10cm from the skin.
